Heat, work, and stomach pains.

I woke up feeling good today. Tony wanted to run with me again, so I did yoga and had some coffee with a peach while waiting for him to get home. We went out to the path and did 3.32 miles in 31 minutes. It was HOT even at 8:30!

We headed home and I made my breakfast while he got our air conditioners out of the attic. It was time! I made a veggie omelette (WITH YOLK!) and toast with jelly. Nice classic breakfast for just 4 points+.

After breakfast I did XHIT’s total arm video for my shoulders/biceps/triceps day. After showering and catching up on all of my go to recipe blogs I got a snack ready and headed outside to get some sun and read. Cottage cheese with TONS of blueberries and honeydew. 2 points+.

After I had enough of the heat, I headed inside to relax and watch some Netflix. It’s nice to have time before work to just relax and not be rushed trying to run and work out all within a couple of hours.

After while I decided it was time for lunch! I made a pizza on an italian Flatout wrap with mushrooms, tomato, spinach, and chicken. On the side I had a salad with mini peppers, onion, green onion, and more chicken with italian dressing. It was all delicious and 5 points+ all together.

I packed up a banana and bagel thin with PB2 (4 points+) and went to work. I was feeling super drowsy and I’ve had some bad stomach pains the past few nights so it wasn’t pleasant. I must have eaten something that made it unhappy, hoping nothing I have in the house is bad and I can’t tell! Of course they started as I was on my way for coffee, so once I got a free cup with my “my panera” card, I HAD to drink it. Probably didn’t help.

I got stuck staying pretty late taking a family session including a newborn and 2 other children, which is what I expected. She loved the pictures and was super thankful so it was definitely worth it! People who actually appreciate what we do really make my job worth it!

I got home at around 8:40 and started dinner up! Leftover chicken stir fry with veggies, soba noodles, and some peanut sauce! It was only 7 points+, which I find VERY hard to believe! Seemed like a lot of food! My peanut sauce was 4 tbsp of PB2, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sriracha, and 4 tbsp of water and made 2 servings. I had 3.25 oz of chicken, 3.5 oz of precooked soba noodles, and 2 cups of frozen broccoli stir fry blend in my plate.

Not my prettiest, but it was GOOD!

We played some video games for a bit after dinner. I wish we could just do that all night and then go to sleep together. He’s on days again next month, and although he is liking midnights this time around, I am REALLY looking forward to being able to sleep the same again.

We tried a new video tonight. XHIT’s 6 pack abs. I didn’t care for it. I waited a bit afterwards and then got some dessert. Neapolitan ice cream and a weight watchers red velvet cake (2 points+). Want more, get grapes, so on so forth.

I am STILL craving more. BAD. I am not sure what will happen tonight. I’ve already put more ice cream into my tracking log and taken it out 2 or 3 times. I want so much more, but I don’t know if I want to sacrifice anything. I might just eat some chocolate and deal with it. Who knows.

UPDATE:
0 point+ chocolate syrup and strawberries saved my life. That is all.
